Virtual reality is one of the most powerful tools available for marketing, customer engagement, and sales enablement, creating moments of genuine impact that no brochure, video, or live demonstration can replicate.
We showcase to customers, partners, and stakeholders something they have never seen before. From immersive product showcases deployable at global trade shows, to pioneering multi-user virtual sales environments, to groundbreaking medical applications, we bring ambitious briefs to life in virtual reality.

What Immersive Marketing Can Do

Traditional product marketing has limits. Physical samples are expensive to transport and difficult to scale. Trade show demonstrations are constrained by what you can fit in a booth. Video content is passive. A Mersus VR experience removes those constraints entirely.
We have built experiences that place an entire product catalogue inside a single headset, giving sales teams the ability to walk a customer through every product, every component, and every installation scenario without a single physical asset in the room. We have created multi-user virtual environments where a salesperson in one country and a customer in another share the same immersive space simultaneously, represented by avatars with real-time movement and conversation.
Whatever the brief, our process is the same: we work closely with your team to understand your objectives, your audience, and your content. We build an experience that delivers on all three.
How we work
Every Mersus VR experience project follows a structured three-stage process, regardless of scale or complexity. This approach ensures that objectives are clearly defined before development begins, that clients have meaningful input and sign-off at each stage, and that the finished application performs exactly as intended.
We begin by working closely with your team to understand your objectives, your audience, and your content. Your brief is transformed into a detailed narrative document that defines exactly how the experience will work. A design document follows, covering concept art, UI design, and storyboards. Nothing moves to development until both documents are signed off on.
Development is divided into discrete work packages, with client review and sign-off built into each stage. This keeps communication structured, allows for early course correction if needed, and ensures that the final build reflects your expectations rather than ours. Once all elements are complete and approved, the project undergoes comprehensive testing before delivery.
We deliver the finished application and support your team through deployment, whether that means a single experiential centre, a global fleet of headsets, or a trade show rollout. Centralised content management means your team retains full control of what appears on every device after launch.
We want to make the experience of the training and application of our products as smooth as possible. Especially considering the dangers involved with contamination. Virtual reality is an enabler for us to make that journey as smooth as possible — to show how it should be done both safely and efficiently.Mark Simmons, CEO, Camfil.
