We Imagine. We Build. We Deliver.
About Mersus Technologies
Immersive VR training, built in Athlone, Ireland, since 2018.
We build Avatar Academy: immersive VR training that lets operators practise real procedures before they touch live equipment.
Mersus helps manufacturers and life sciences organisations with their hardest workforce problems: getting new operators productive faster, closing skills gaps, and keeping the knowledge experienced people carry.
Operators step inside a realistic simulation of their own workplace and practise a procedure as often as they need, without touching live equipment or stopping production. Every session is recorded.
We work across manufacturing, biopharma and medtech, with ready-made courses and simulations built around a customer’s own procedures, on the Avatar Academy platform.

Geoffrey Allen, CEO
- Listen first, then build. We start with your process and the people who run it.
- Keep the technology simple. Operators use their own hands in VR, with no controllers to learn.
- Measure the result. Every session is recorded, so progress is something you can see.
